I have been coming to this practice for quite some time, and unfortunately, the experience has changed drastically. I specifically remember Kaylee who works at the front desk NOW working in the back, and I truly don’t understand how she ended up in a position where she is one of the first people parents and patients have to interact with. Her attitude is absolutely unacceptable. She is rude, dismissive, and speaks to parents in a way that is completely inappropriate, especially for a pediatric office. There is no warmth, patience, or basic customer service whatsoever. She also has an incredibly nasty attitude toward employees, which makes the entire environment uncomfortable. What makes it worse is that she seems completely unaware of how she comes across. If you are going to work at the front desk, you should understand that YOU are representing the practice. Parents should not have to walk in wondering what kind of attitude they are going to receive that day. I have watched this practice change over time, and it is disappointing to see someone with such a poor attitude placed in such a visible position. Both my kids had to have fillings today. My youngest has autism they were so patient with her Dr. Brittany did such a good job with them both. Doing the impossible. I could not be more pleased with the way they handled the kids and our care. They were so sweet and helpful. They made the process super quick as well so it wasn’t long and torturous for them either. I absolutely recommend. From the moment you walk through the door the whole experience and all the staff are uplifting and try to make the experience as pleasant as possible for the littles.

Dr. Brittany is amazing. She showed so much compassion when I was clearly stressed out from my 2 year old getting cavities filled. She and her team were patient, compassionate, and very professional handling my clearly upset child. They ensured me that everything was okay and I was doing the right thing by bringing him in, even though it was extremely difficult getting him comfortable with the procedure. Afterwards we shared a heartfelt moment, where we both even cried, telling me how parenting is hard but we do what we have to do for our children.

My kids love going here!! The staff is very nice and great with my kids especially the 5 yr old! When I called to book their first appointment they got us right in the same day!! They are very accommodating and friendly!! The office is clean and kid friendly as well. They even have a small toddler friendly arcade game table to keep the littles busy and take their mind off being at the dentist!! I definitely recommend them if you are in search of a pediatric dentist!!

I absolutely love the care and patience they give to my son who has sensory needs and is very anxious. Dr Brittany is the best and calmed him and I during my sons tooth extractions. The office staff is always nice and friendly as well. Everyone is very professional and I highly recommend Kannapolis Pediatrics for your little ones dental needs.
